Three Tips for Self Care and Journaling

Before journaling, I must admit I was a very anxious person. Going through the peaks and valleys without an outlet made me free very unsettled. I realized after a while that it's not only healthy but self-care to have a creative outlet. 

Here are three correlations between self-care and journaling: 

SET ASIDE 10-15 OF QUIET TIME A DAY. You need time to unwind and get clear on your current feelings and emotions.

REALIZE THAT YOU ARE WORTHY OF HAVING ALONE TIME. You deserve the best.

CREATE A SCHEDULE FOR YOUR SELF CARE. You, your alone time, and your journaling schedule are important for your self-care.
